Prior to joining Arrow Capital Management, Mr. Serure was in the Private Client Services group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. from 1993 to 2005. Mr. Serure managed client assets on behalf of high net worth individuals and institutions, and was responsible for all portfolio management decisions and trading activity. Mr. Serure attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Serure is on the Board of Directors of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd.
